Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CraftFlow Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the GuideLearn mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By using GuideLearn, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You will use the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws
  • All information you provide is accurate and current
  • You will maintain the security of your account credentials

License and Access

Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

AI Services and Content

AI-Generated Content

GuideLearn uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to provide tutoring and learning assistance. AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

Important: AI responses should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice, formal education, or expert consultation. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features or access controls
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
  • Collect or harvest personal information from other users
  • Use the App to cheat on exams or assignments in violation of academic integrity policies

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by CraftFlow Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

GuideLearn, the GuideLearn logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CraftFlow Technologies. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Free Service

GuideLearn is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to:

  • Introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future
  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time
  • Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the App

We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to the App's pricing or availability.

Disclaimers

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content provided through the App, including AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CRAFTFLOW TECHNOLOGIES, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed $100 USD.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CraftFlow Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App will immediately cease
  • You must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your device
  • We may delete your account and User Content

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and ceasing all use.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CraftFlow Technologies operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
